Our attorneys, including David Robbins, Susan Z. Cohen, Cheyenne L. Palmer, and Tara Ann Anderson Scudder have extensive criminal defense experience: David Robbins is a former assistant state attorney. After three years as a state prosecutor, he established Epstein & Robbins in 1975. He has been practicing DUI and criminal defense ever since. Susan Z. Cohen joined the firm after fifteen years as a prosecutor and criminal defense attorney in Florida and Virginia. Cheyenne L. Palmer's  experience prior to joining the firm was as an Assistant State Attorney in the Fourth Judicial Circuit for over six years. Prior to joining Epstein & Robbins Tara Ann Anderson Scudder worked for the Office of the Public Defender 4th Judicial Circuit in Jacksonville, Florida for 3 years. 

During his tenure at the State Attorney's Office, Mr. Gaulden was one of only two attorneys selected to help launch a newly-formed DUI Unit in 2009, specializing exclusively in the litigation of Driving Under the Influence cases. As co-head of the DUI Unit and throughout his career at the State Attorney's Office, Mr. Gaulden handled DUI cases of every kind, including both misdemeanor and Felony DUI, DUI Manslaughter, DUI Causing Serious Bodily Injury, Boating Under the Influence, and Criminal Refusal cases for the State.

Mr. Gornto's primary area of practice includes criminal law, general and complex criminal litigation emphasizing on DUI defense, administrative review hearings, and appeals.
